Question: Tickets for Next Year...

Post#1 » by mini » Sat Sep 22, 2007 6:15 pm

I live in Toronto and would like to take my father on a bit of a road-trip next summer to see a game at Fenway. Obviously this is far in advance but if anyone has suggestions as to the best way to get tickets (ticketmaster?) and whether tickets for the seats on the Green Monster are available to the regular public it would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Monster seats are raffled off basically. You need your name to get picked to even have a chance to buy the tickets. I believe they do this around January?

Tickets are very hard to get for Fenway if you just go with calling or being online when tickets go on sale. A site like stubhub.com always has something. Might pay a bit more tho.

Yeah...Monster Seats, Playoff Seats, and Yankee seats are all raffled I believe.
"The guy is an idiot," Pedroia said regarding Cabrera. "I dropped my bat. It kind of freaked me out. I was upset they took him out of the game. He is good to hit. He's 9-15. The guy [stinks]."

Thanks for the info. I might try to join the raffle...can't hurt.

I was thinking of getting tickets for when the Jays are in town. We'll see what happens.
