Matt Clement?

What happened to this dude? I know he's been bit by the injury bug before; however, I just realized I can't remember seeing him play at all in the post-season.

He tore apart his entire shoulder in 2006. He was pitching with a torn something or other that year.
I have no idea if he'll ever pitch again.
