OT: Are these seats good at Fenway?

Post#1 » by Magic 32 » Wed Feb 13, 2008 4:15 am

I'm coming to see Fenway in May when my Brewers come to your town for a three game series. Me and a bunch of friends are sitting in BLEACHERS 37, Row 8....

Are these good seats? I've been to Fenway in the past but never sat in the bleachers. Can anyone tell me how the view is out there?

P.S. Im also a huge BoSox fan as well, but I cant wait to see the park again! Getting tickets was almost as hard as getting tickets for Packers games at Lambeau! Your guys are a baseball town no question!

That's out near the triangle in CF. Should be a good perspective especially if anyone hits it there. Of course you're like 425 feet from home plate.

well lets say you wanna be low profile in the brewers gear, it can get pretty rough out that way. but those are great seats for you since you dont get to fenway that much, thats the area where it gets the most lively aka drunk and beligerent

Sox fans aren't that bad. It's generally the Northeaster/BU students that like to flex their beer muscles.

The only time **** goes down is 1)if you are a loud, obnoxious away team fan who gloats when their team is going well and 2)if you're a Yankees fan. And even then it's mostly verbal razzing. I've been to a number of games at the bleachers and I personally have never seen a physical confrontations. Tickets are too expensive to get tossed out in the 3rd inning for fighting. mahalo

I was at the Bonds game and a guy and his 2 friends got thrown out for having massive syringes and one of them was so drunk he got very angry at the security guard. When they went down the section entrance the guy yelled **** you! and punched the security guard. This all happened in the 3rd base grandstand.

Your not kidding! It's worth it! Fenway is the best place to watch a game! I've seen every park and nothing compares! Just like a Packer game at Lambeau is something every football fan should do in there life! And as far as NBA, I'd say the staples center for lakers games and MSG for the Kicks, especialy when they suck. I love listening to their fans get at them!

Bonds brings that out of people.

**** does go down, I don't want to say it doesn't but I personally have never seen it and I know a lot of Yankees fans that go, wearing Yankees gear (even during a non-Yankees game) and only get verball accosted. mahalo
