Can someone explain to me how we got this guy so cheap. I thought he was a pretty prized prospect in the Cards orginization. I remember I had him on my fantasy team a year or two ago, he was ok. What happened to him? I mean I understand he struggled and went down to the minors, but theres still upside no? Why did the Cards give up on him? How old is he? Was it mental or physical?

From what I've read was that the only reason Duncan got so many chances with the Cards was that his dad was a coach with the team. Duncan is 28 years old, so he's not an upside guy anymore. He was pretty good two years ago, but the last two years have been pretty ugly.
