Is Lackey our number 3 or number 2?

He's being paid more like a higher grade pitcher than a mid-level one so I assume based on pay-scale that he should be our number 2. But with Lester breaking out and becoming a great fit in the 2 position can we really sacrifice him for Lackey?

There is no reason for Lackey not to be the number 3. He's the new guy, it really shouldn't matter much anyways.
