Soriano's Time Has Come

Post#1 » by IbreakNeckZ101 » Wed Oct 3, 2007 2:06 am

I knew all along we were going to make the playoffs.. cocky me.. but anyways when we signed Soriano i got real depressed because his inability to perform in the playoffs.. well people it has finally come and i want to see what this guy is made of.. hopefully he does real well in the playoffs and earns his 100 mill + contract.

*.233 postseason and .623 OPS.* = Soriano's postseason #'s

A leadoff Soriano homer in game 1 would remind me a lot of Devin Hester's return in the Super Bowl.
Hopefully after he hits it we can hang on.

This worries me as well. HIm being so incredibly hot in Sept makes me scared that he will cool off in Oct. But lets just pray that he eats his wheaties and keeps it going for a nother month

That guy just kind of fell off the face of the Earth. He is the bizarro Ellen. When he came out of the closet his career plummeted.

He did go 0-4 but 2 of his outs went to the back of the warning track.

Webb was just fooling everyone. And you wouldn't expect him to last with those breaking pitches.

None of our big guns are doing anything. Lee's been middling at best and Ramirez and Soriano are doing horrible.
