I believe that Karchner's roommates were Farnsworth and Beck that spring training, I read it on another site, but can't remember where now, but it would make sense that he would room with other pitchers.

The report says Roberts injected himself "once or twice." Sounds like he raided Larry Bigbie's stash. I'm no pharmacologist, but I believe that one or two doses won't do a damn thing for you. Roberts's crime is being a dumbass, but the evidence doesn't make it look like he gained an advantage from cheating.

True that....but being mentioned in that report at all certainly puts a dent into his golden boy image. Might make Angelos think twice about refusing to give up his 'favorite player' like he did last year.
