He's only 17 (soon to be 18), but BA ranked him as the quickest high school player to the Majors from this years crop of players. Best case scenario would be when he's 20 (only if he absolutely tears up the minors), most likely scenario about 22. Cubs are planning to get him to Boise by the end of the year though, so it sounds like they are trying to get him on the fast track.
