Piniella delayed announcing his final roster until he checked the health of left-handed pinch hitter Daryle Ward, who is nursing a sprained left thumb. Ward was able to swing and make contact without pain during batting practice, and he could throw, giving him the green light.

I knew that Paul Sullivan guy was BS. Marquis is on there and so is ronny AND Fonty. He was trying to make something out of nothing. I am pretty surprised Monroe isn't on there, and I am pretty surprised Hart got the nod. But I am happy overall. Fuld got the obvious axe and same with Ohman.
Woah, I just realized Marshall wasn't on there. I dont know if i would give Hart the spot instead of Marshall in a righty heavy bullpen. That could be a problem if one of our starters has a bad outing.
Overall I like it. Nothing extremly surprising. Lets do work now!
