Just that it's a rain delay. We are in the 3rd inning and Murton got the first hit of the ballgame. Now it's delayed for a little bit becuase of rain.

Hope this doesn't throw off Carlos. He was looking nasty.

I am looking at the webcam and it is pouring at Wrigley.
I don't see us playing.

So if it's called, is it resumed with all the exact same circumstances? Murton on 1st, 1-1 count to Kendall?

And theoretically, could Z somehow still throw a perfect game days later?

Yeah we would have to start over.
I doubt we would have a day/night doubleheader tomorrow since we have to be in San Francisco on Tuesday.
Someone here said August 27th or something like that we would play.

Maybe we can get a couple innings inbetween the patches and score some runs, then we can tally the win after 5 1/2.

:banghead:

Plus, I'd rather have the off day later in the season than this quasi-off day tonight.

Yawn. Anyone seen "Lonely Hearts"? With Travolta and Gandolfini. I'm thinking of putting it on.
