This is what happens when you over work a young reliever in the first half of the season.

He was ALWAYS put in games that he had no reason being in.

6-1 games he's coming into the game in the 8th. What the fhk is the point? If the bullpen can't close it out we deserve to lose. Lou has miss managed Marmol this year and it's blatantly obvious.

Marmol now has 63 k's in 45 innings. Leads all NL relievers in k/per9. And he's still not the closer.
