I'm glad the game is in HD and all... but this camera angle sucks.

We can't gain any ground either. You guys really turned it around since that tirade. I admit, the longer this goes on, the more nervous you guys make me. Congrats on the win today. Tomorrow is another day I guess.

the wild card is gonna come from the west for sure. 3 teams all around 10 games over .500. i just can't see milw going on a bad streak. our only shot is if fielder gets injured.

The Brewers are not going to keep this pace up for the rest of the season. They will go through tough stretches at some points in the 2nd half.

we've been saying that since the season started. we've been waiting and waiting for them to slide, but they keep getting stronger. they are a good team. i know there's a lot of time left, but come on, if you're waiting for an 8 game losing streak, its not gonna happen.

i dont see why that couldnt happen, it can happen to any team. all those teams out west wont keep it up, and the brewers definetely wont keep this particular pace up.

i know that the offense is great, but what are the chances that hart and braun can keep it up all year? hardy already fell off. my prediction is that pretty soon it will be just fielder putting up numbers a la the cards with pujols

The Brewers haven't played anybody lately except us who we beat 2 out of 3.
Come on, the Royals, Pirates, Giants, and Astros since the Verlander No-Hitter.

Great win by the Cubs, hope to see another one tomorrow. If we keep winning, ground will be gained. Every win gets us 1 more game over .500.

The Cubs can't worry about what their competitors are doing. Just go out and try your hardest every game and ground will be gained.

Go Cubs

I fell asleep and missed this whole game.

I haven't watched a game since the streak started.

I think I'm bad luck.. I'm not going to watch tomorrow either. After we lose one more time I'll start watching again.

Return to Chicago Cubs
