Milwaukee got 4 runs in the first, 3 in the 2nd, 2 in the 3rd, so probably 1 next inning, and 0 the rest of the way. We have to score 8 runs.

No kidding. Considering the beers are $6 apiece you can bet it will cost him quite a bit to drown his sorrows.

The good news is if the Cubs come back to win he has seen the greatest game in Cub history.

Wait a tick... here we are, sympathizing with those that we know are at the game, yet we keep watching it on television.

Even though they are being forced to watch a horrible (probable) loss, at least they get to enjoy the sites at Wrigley (women, field, etc) and the beautiful weather.

We on the other hand, could be doing anything, and yet we are still watching this trainwreck.

As Cub fans we are nothing if not gluttons for punishment. To make my day complete I suppose I will slam my fingers in my car door, slide a needle through my tongue and rotate it 180 degrees and then follow that up by seeing just how much it hurts to have a 16 lb. bowling ball roll off of my kitchen counter and land on my (right) bare foot.

The Chicago Cubs... helping you live a masochistic lifestyle since 1908!

Now we will come back since we took Lee out.
Lee has been so pathetic lately.

Coming into the series and seeing the pitching matchups - I gave the edge to Brewers Fri & Sat, but a Cubs win on Sun.

We'll see who wins the series - it would be the Brewers 6th in a row if they squeeze it out.

Good luck!
