How much are you paying to split the tickets with 5 people and how many games do each of you get? If you aren't paying too much that is one heck of a deal.

I end up paying just shy of 3500 for about 16-17 games for four seats. It comes out to about 50 bucks a ticket.

But since I usually only go with one person, I end up selling two of the tickets on most occasions.

I was so disappointed. I only wanted tickets to the July 27th game against the damned Florida Marlins. 3 of them on my 30th birthday. Unfortunately it is a Sunday afternoon game and by the time my brother (I had to work) got through there were only single tickets available. I had to settle for 3 tickets on Friday afternoon (crappy seats) on July 25th.

I ended up getting Memorial Day tickets against the Dodgers. Section 438 but at least it is unobstructed. I will end up going to at least 5 more games this year but that's a good start.

I got bleacher tickets for the June 10th game against Atlanta. It's a start I guess.

I ended up with 4 tickets to this game. They're pretty crappy seats, but if it's special to you I'd be willing to trade them for another game or something.

Otherwise I'm sure you can still find them on craigslist when the time comes.

Anyway, let me know.

Try going to the Cubs website the day before the game because they usually release extra tickets the day before the game. I've gotten pretty good seats in the past by doing this.

I'm getting confused as to how they do the numbers for the Eamus Catuli thingy.

Technically it has been one year since we've been to the playoffs. Right?

Are they going to switch it over, when the season starts or is it

AC006299? If so I'm off by one number... :-?

I assume they are going to switch over when the season starts. Maybe they are adding on room for the "100"

Well last year I think it was at 98(last two numbers).

Then if it says 99, thats technically correct. The cubs last won the series on Oct 14, 1908, so this coming Oct 14, will be 100 years.

So yea, I guess AC006299 is correct for this coming season. Woops gotta change my avy.

Thanks but I think I'm just going to make a few phone calls to some friends with connections and if that doesn't work go the route that SportsWorld suggested. Very nice of you though.

cheers

I just got bleacher tickets to the Cubs game here in Milwaukee for the 28th.

It's so easy to get tickets up here, though. Even games that are sold out (not many but more than usual) all you have to do is walk around and buy them, and they're still not very expensive. I just wanted to make sure I got some decent seats for at least 1 of the games. There are still tickets to the final series of the season between the Cubs and Brewers as well. I just don't have the money for more tickets right now.

Awesome, the more people we have at Wrigley Field North, the better.

I live in Milwaukee so I try to make it to as many Cubs games at Miller Park as possible. A guy that I ref basketball games with has a 20 game package to Miller and said he will sell me his Cubs tickets because he refuses to go to those games.

I don't blame him for not wanting to take his son to those games because they get obnoxious. When you mix drunk Cubs fans that are far from scared to run their mouths and drunk Brewer fans that have a Chicago Complex and it's go time. I still love it though.

Maybe this isn't the right thread, but i got tickets to the weekend series in Toronto. I make atleast one trip to Chicago a year to see the Cubs play, idk which games im gonna go see this year, but since their so close to my home (3 hour drive) me and my girlfriend are going to go. I expect alot of Cubs fans.

I went to Washington DC 2 years ago for a road game and that was a blast. Like 20K cubs fans. I kid you not.

Sweeeeeet. I bet there will be loads and loads of Cubs fans. Chicago is not too far from Toronto, and Ontario has alot of Cubs fans and many Asians who will be new Cubs fans with Fukudome now playing for us, and in NY it's Mets, Yankees or Cubs.
