What's the latest word on the weather down there? In the Milwaukee area it's raining and there are flood warnings for this afternoon.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

i think there are showers right now, but i just checked the radar, and things are not looking good. there is a huge block of rain that is right around the illinois/iowa border.

Guys calm down its fine and I'm half a mile away from the park. I just finished breakfast at Casey Moran's. Too many mimosas.

There are period of 40% chance of rain right around the time when the game is suppose to be on.

http://www.weather.com/weather/hourbyho ... undeclared

That usually means no rain. Hopefully.

Remember the field is re done and can actually drain pretty quickly. Last year I would've never thought of playing, but from everything we hear, Bruce Levine, a couple of vendors at Casey's, and Bar tenders things look good to play.

Side note: I woke up and walked over to my g/f's at 6:00 (which takes me along the waveland bleachers, and there were already a few people waiting in the rain for bleacher spots. They were wet. Really wet.

Rockford is getting ridiculously drenched right now. Chicago will say hello to this storm in probably a half hour.

This system is moving northeast, and the looks of it from weather.com is that there'll be a window (small one, but one nonetheless) before the stuff around the St. Louis area says hello.

Isn't it the same thing? Skokie swift and yellow line? If my calculations are correct...

Skokie Swift is what the Yellow Line used to be known as.

FSN Wisconsin just said they're aiming for a 2:30 first pitch, or at least at that time they'll re-evaluate the situation

Gotta hope that rain in Central Illinois into St. Louis will skate just south of Chicago, otherwise this game ain't gonna get in today.
