Questions for Cubs fans

Sorry to start a new thread on something small, but I didn't see a place where I could put it.
Why do the Cubs use Jeff Baker against lefties over LaHair? I know the lefty lefty matchup, but Baker is hitting around .230 against lefties this year. Wouldn't it be better just to see what LaHair could do against them and see if he can improve. Atleast he adds some pop.
