alright, so with shark and hammel gone there are a couple spots that need to be filled, we've had a few guys fill in here and there plus we got straily in the trade. how should they go about deciding who gets the starts, who do you think should? four guys for 2 spots
beeler
kendricks
wada
straily

If I were putting the rotation together it would be Arrieta, Wood, Hendricks, Straily and Beeler. I'd send EJax to the bullpen for the rest of the year when Straily comes up. Wada is 33 so I' don't think he's a long-term solution so I go with the young guys. They seem to expect Straily to turn out similar to Arrieta once they fix him, and he does have a lot of upside so I think he joins the rotation soon.

Pretty much agree with Kizz. I might give Wada a few more starts over Straily to maybe have a shot to flip him for a prospect at the deadline,.
But EJax isn't going to the pen or at least unlikely.
