I just wanted to put out a formal welcoming to all Cubs fans and posters.

I think we have the makings of a nice little community of Cub supporters here on RealGM and we're hoping it grows steadily. If you need a refresher on the board rules and policies, they're found HERE. I trust everyone will abide and be civil so we mods can facilitate discussion rather than police the forum.

If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to PM ORL, SuperDeluxe or myself. We're here to help. Looking forward to following the Cubs pennant race with all of you, here's to a great season.

GYBE said it all, guys. Enjoy the forum, and don't forget to tell your friends about it. So far the Cubs' is the 2nd largest baseball board here at RealGM (measured by # of posts), and we want to be number 1. Spread the word!

I'm getting a late start over here, but let me just introduce myself real quick. I'm Davor, some of you may know me from the Magic board, but I'm just as big a Cubs fan, and I have every intention of participating and moderating for as much as time will allow me, which should in turn free up considerably in a couple of weeks.

So go Cubs, and let's get thing rolling...

This is great. I'm glad to see RealGm start a Cub's forum. The atmosphere on RealGM is second to none and that what I miss on other Cub's forums. Hopefully we can make this the best place to talk about the Cubs on the web.
