Became A Cub Tonight In My Eyes!

There always that moment when a free agent signing/or a player coming in on a trade finally has a huge game/moment that allows you to love them forever. Soriano's was tonight!

My favorite one was Eric Karros' game vs the Yankees when he hit that pinch hit GW HR in the 7th!

Yeah that Eric Karros homer broke up Roger Clemens chance at 300 wins.
I remember that home run perfectly. It hit off the wall in left field.

I remember Aramis' break out game too.

I remember that HR he hit to tie the game vs St Louis (Barrett's Grand Slam Game) in like the 5th inning. He had not had a hit all year and then he hit that 3 run shot to tie the game at 3 and ESPN had that perfect view of the HR and the way he flip his bat when he hit it was awesome. That's when I took him in. It really added more to the HR because my best friend and his dad(Cards fans) were talking crap about the cubs and Jacque and then he hit it out and it was awesome.

You guys recall what I'm talking about?

Wasn't that Marshall's MLB debut as well?

But yes I remember that game.

And IMO Jones is not a Cub.

Yeah it was Marshall's Debut.

Yeah Jacque has lost his "cub" tag in almost everybody's eyes.

But as much as we all love to bash him I wish he could suceed more.

Jones hit that one big homer last year on Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN against the Cardinals. He won brownie points from me that have since run out. :-?

This Cubs team is playing much better these past 2 days. Everything is clicking and we are becoming the team everyone thought we would be.

Depends. Is there a minor league team that also calls itself the Cubs?
