Recalled LHP Clay Rapada from Triple-A Iowa; Optioned OF Matt Murton to Triple-A Iowa.

It's long overdue.

I agree. I liked Matt for awhile but recently he has been terrible.
Now if only Jones and Izzy could go too.

Hendry/Lou ruined him by not playing him everyday.

He didn't deserve a demotion after his very good year last year. It made no sense for him playing once a week.

If Lou/Hendry didn't want to play him often he should have been traded while he had good value.

Instead Hendry allowed it to get to this point.. ridiculous.

I would tell murton to work on hitting the ball in the air everytime while he's down there.

I'm glad to see Murton sent down. He deserves to play everyday. I think doing well in the minors will help his trade value. That will show teams that playing him like the Cubs did recently has had a negative effect on him and that he is good player given regular playing time.
