Not a White Sox bashing thread but seriously their announcers are so stupid.

I caught this in yesterday's game:

Hawk: If you only can go to LF you will be a .250 hitter. When you can use the whole field you can be a .300 hitter because you have more room to make hits. Ted Williams was amazing only going to RF. I was only a .250 hitter because i could only go to the SS and to the left. But that didnt matter, our teams were about RBI's and wins.

DJ: Did you try working on going to all the field more?

Hawk: I wouldnt do anything differently. We didnt care about averages, like i said we were about RBI's and wins.

And if you missed today's 7th inning you missed a Cowboy Tantrum from Hawk.

Hawk knows baseball better then all of us combined.. too bad his announcing doesn't refelct that. He's so one sided when announcing I can't even listen to it.

Sometimes I like to watch one game from Hawk and DJ perspective but then I change it by the 3rd inning 'cuase I can't take all of Hawk AND DJ's little sayings.

They're no Harry Carrys, or Jack Brickhouses.

This is clearly off to a rocky start, so I'm locking it.

SportsWorld, a little more tact would be useful. I mean, even though these boards aren't a hotbed of activity, I don't want an inter-board rivalry this early in the game.
