i've heard stories about players hitting horrible after doing the home run derby I hope to god this doesn't affect soriano!!! NO!!!!

Yeah they usually do, but I would like to see him win it. It would be nice to see a Cubs player do it. I don't know how deep the Giants left field wall is, but it looks like he can drive it over there a lot hopefully.

i was about to say that he was the only person that didn't struggle after it. i wish i could find the statistics to show if it was actually true.
