Is it a good thing the Sewers are our traveling partner?

They use to do this more often years back. When a team travels another team travels with them and flip flops opponents.

For example, we play the Giants for 4 games then the 'Backs for 3. The Brew crew plays the 'Backs for 4 first, then the Giants for 3.

If I were the Giants or 'Backs, I'm thinking wow the Cubbies are on a roll. All the concentration must go onto the Cubs and nothing on the Brewers. I find it funny half way through the season, more, nobody is taking the Brewers seriuosly still.

All the lineups and matchups should favor the Brewers since most of the artillery will be saved for playing against the Cubs. This only proves that the Cubbies are on their way up, and the Brewers stink more than we thought. They're playing against the opposing teams' second tier lineups.

Interesting point. I think this plays into our favor though. With the D'Backs playing the Brewers first, they understand the importance of keeping pace in the Wild Card and what not. Giants are falling fast, and #756 is really all the fans have to look forward to at this point.

At this point I really doubt any of these guys are thinking wild card. Even if its a miracle that will get them there they all believe it can happen.
