We let the Phillies win on purpose to give them confidence going into the Sewers' series.

I fixed up the first post.
Notice Prince Fielder and Ryan Braun appearing as cats.

Gallardo lowered his ERA to 2.55. Braun (NL player of the month and rookie of the month) raises his average to .345.

Close game though, I hate these.

Truthfully it doesn't matter who wins this game. If the Cubs keep playing like they did today the Brewers deserve to be in the playoffs.

Oh well, I still like our chances tomorrow with Lilly on the mound. Plus Cole Hamels is facing Dave Bush so that will be a hard game for you guys.

Bush may go or Suppan may go but either way we lose. You may face a tough game against Maine though.

As long as Maine is not a lefty we should be fine.
Should be a fun game to watch (although Buck and McCarver will make it boring) since Wood should make his return.

It will be interesting to see Wood pitch. I hope he's healthy (but not TOO healthy)
