Anyone remember the last time a New York baseball pitcher came into town with 299 wins?

Maybe we should sign Eric Karros to a 1-game deal.

Should we sign Hee Seop Choi again?

I remember that hit on Choi, he seemed to totally die as he lay flat on the ground for a while. That series was the turning point of our season that told us we were for real.

Wow we hit Glavine very well. Expect this lineup, pretty much the same.

Soriano
Theriot
Lee
Ramirez
Floyd
Derosa
Pagan? (Jones is hitless all-time, look at all those zeros)

I would like to make an old joke about Glavine, but I have too much respect for him.

*Selig will be at Wrigley tonight.

Wow I was right, and it looks like Lou is being more consistent with his lineups now. Hopefully the game isn't affected by this.

Well Wrigley is east of Mount Prospect and it isn't so bad up there.
I think we will play without any delays.

And we better be swinging as well. That goes for you too Derrek Lee and your warning track power.

I sure hope we can hit a few homers.
We seem to always suck when the wind is blowing out.
