the cubs are driving its fanbase into an early depression and in most cases some sort of alcoholism

I would hope we're in for a win tonight going against someone with a 7+ ERA.

Okay, I won't be on the board tonight. I'll be watching the Jays game, swimming and getting drunk. Not in that order. I hope I return to some good news.

Game starts under a rain delay

It is pouring right now.
They said we may start at 8:30 CST.
I think more around 9:00

Rain is good luck for IbreakNeckZ101.
A veteran like Lilly can come back from a rain delay better than the young Cinci starter can.

Len said the game should start at 8:35

Anyone see earlier in the game, Len said we will check with Tom Skilling for the weather. They had the camera overlooking Wrigley from the bleachers for 5 minutes after that with just the crowd noise. Then Len said, "Thanks, Tom."

Yeah they didn't show the Skilling report in HD for some reason.
I turned to non-HD and he was on.
Ron Santo is in the booth now.
