Scouting Reports:
Cubs:
Hill struggled with consistency in the Cubs' 6-1 loss on Friday in Pittsburgh. He threw 85 pitches, 65 for strikes, and only walked one and struck out two. But he gave up six runs on nine hits. "It wasn't a very good outing," Hill said afterward. "Take it and move on. I made some good pitches that got hit."
Astros:
Albers will start in place of Patton, who's out with a sore shoulder. Albers lasted just three innings in his last start on Sept. 5 in Milwaukee, allowing seven runs, including two three-run homers. Prior to that outing, Albers made two solid starts, allowing two earned runs over 14 innings.

Brewers lost.

So what was already a must-win game becomes, um, a must-must-win game. :P

Hopefully, Ryan needs a day off and today would be perfect with a sub-par pitcher going
