Jason Kendall...he's got more experience.

Kendall should get more than Soto, but Geovany should get more than he's currently getting.

I voted Kendall, hes got more experience and hes proven to be really consistent. Soto is still liven on potential.

Kendall just **** up here in the 3rd inning and made a horrible throw to 1st base.
I expect Soto to get a lot of starts.

Kendall.. i really hate him but he's been consistent and is a veteran.. but the play the other day where he tossed a lazy underhand to dlee should of got him a ticket to the bench for five days.

ChicagoSports.com wrote:Cubs catcher Geovany Soto has gone from overlooked to perhaps being the starter in the final week of the National League Central race.
Including Wednesday's game, in which he hit a homer, Soto is 10-for-19 with three doubles in five starts. His performance apparently has earned the rookie the nod over veteran Jason Kendall for some of the remaining nine games.
"We could use a little power down in the bottom part of our order," manager Lou Piniella said. "This young man has the ability to supply it."
Piniella said there was "no reason" not to expect Soto to catch more.
Count me in.
