New Moderator

As of today, ORL and PNF are no longer moderators of the forum. ORL is retiring and PNF is concentrating on his many other responsibilities across RealGM. Before this happened, we had to undertake the process of selecting someone to co-moderate with me so I'm not all by my lonesome anymore.
I'm proud to announce SportsWorld will be joining the RealGM staff as a mod on our beloved Cubs board. Everyone knows SW by now. He's one of our most active posters and he has a real dedication to the team and forum. He was also able to pass through RealGM's rigorous screening process, and all our many trials.
I'm sure you guys will all approve of the choice, so join with me and congratulate SportsWorld on his new post.

Great choice, I think he was the best candidate for the job, even though all of our regulars here are great. Congratulations SportsWorld!

When these boards were first created back in April we had 4-5 posters but now we have at least 15 posters and we have the biggest board on RealGM baseball and I think we will only get bigger. I had a great time talking Cubs baseball with you guys last year and hopefully it will be just as fun in 2008.

Kidding aside, things won't really change. I've always considered SW a mod because of his ubber-contributions to the board.

Nope. That was not the correct response. When you get called up to the Bigs you need a much tighter line for the press and your fans. Take a page from the greatest baseball movie of all time.

I'm very proud to be a part of this board. We've got great posters, and 2 of the best moderators you could ask for. Thanks for all the time you and GYBE put in to making this board one of the best, if not the best on RealGM!
