I hope you people are reverse jinxing, because if we lose to the one-year overachieving lucky D-Backs (wait, an astros fan posted this, so I don't really care even though I disagree with him) in the playoffs again I will go into Cubs rehab.

Goddamn it, I will not put up with getting accused of jinxing. Poor playing is not caused by jinxing, it is caused by a lack of morale, too much pressure, personal issues, etc. Curses are b.s. Every major chance this team has had has been blown by poor playing and overplaying bizarre events. Alou didn't need to blow up over Bartman. And if we were so distracted by a black cat that we couldn't play well, we are pathetic. (I say this as a Cubs fan.)
