Assuming the Nets can't acquire Bam, Phoenix could involve Ayton in a 3-team deal for something like this:
Nets get: Ayton, Herro, Cam Johnson, and picks from Miami Miami gets: KD and Crowder
Suns gets: Bam and Lowry.
If that doesn't work, it's pretty close.
Interesting deal for sure but something tells me phx would cut us out and take kd for themselves
I'd assume they'd need to give Ayton, Bridges, and Johnson plus a couple of picks/pick swaps. The only question there is if Brooklyn is high enough on Ayton. They are not getting a star player or potentially even an all-star calibre player in that deal. Not sure Brooklyn would make a deal for KD without a bonafide star/all-star.

Kevin Durant wouldn't have Miami on the list if Jimmy wasn't on the team. You think he wants to play with Bam, Gabe, Duncan and minimums?
So how are we getting him then thin air?
Either the Nets take a different Heat package or he's going someplace else. Durant wants to play with Jimmy and Bam. The core of a #1 seed. He'd asked out as soon as he got to Miami if Jimmy was part of the deal. Thankfully league rules prevent Bam from being part of a deal or everyone would be running wild with that impossibility too.

Yeah it makes no sense, its like all the Duncan to a third team fantasy we propose. The Suns have no need for Lowry at all and clearly its KD so
I disagree. I think it makes sense, but might not be the best deal available.
The Suns could absolutely use Lowry. Funny how quickly people forget that Lowry was a highly-coveted free agent just last year. The Suns could roll out a formidable defensive lineup:
McGee Bam Bridges Lowry Paul
or
Bam Bridges Holiday Lowry Paul
Lowry would also be insurance in case of injury to Paul and would give the Suns the option of limiting both players' minutes throughout the regular season. Lowry is a massive upgrade over Payne.

I don't see a deal where we don't loose Bam or Butler but you just can't do Butler like that, if you're a team built on FA and star players asking for trade. You may need to find a 3rd team to take on either Bam or Simmons for assets to send to Nets.
This.. it would make us look terrible to trade Jimmy like that.
