Brunson was the highest efficiency pick and roll player in the league among players with at least 4 pnr's a game who played at least 50 games.

I'm certain playing with chuckers like _ulius and R_ will get him to the bottom of the league in no time.

Brunson is a clear upgrade over anyone the knicks have and he has gained tremendous experience in the POs -- its not something that you can just easily ignore. Nobody is expecting all-star performance, but some of us here just want to see the team get some really good players.

Might sound like a stretch but Jalen Brunson was the Obi Toppin of the Dallas Mavericks. Consensus National Player of the Year coming out of college who got buried with limited minutes his first few seasons behind the ball dominant star of the team. Showed signs when he got his opportunities with the star out until he broke out when given meaningful minutes. :dontknow:

Eh, I mean I don't hate Jalen Brunson. He seems like everything to like about sports period, under sized but very skilled, obviously worked hard on his game despite his dad being a pro, even when he plays he plays with strength and doesn't cry or flop that much.

But he's just irrelevant with respect to making the finals or winning a title. If I was 28 I'd be excited. I'm between 40 and 50, and I've seen the 6th seed enough times. After all this masturbation we still don't have a top 30 player on the roster, Brunson gets us a top 50 player if he can duplicate last year. But now we have no hope of a franchise changing draft pick.
