It's some combination of all star appearances and/or 1st or 2nd team All-NBA accolades in multiple years.

Heat announces that Nikola Jovic signed his rookie contract. He's now ineligible to be included in a trade for 30 days.

I’d assume that would delay Miami from using their warchest for Durant or Mitchell for time being no?

We should try to get OG from Toronto, would Fournier, Quickley and picks be able to do it? Guy would our best perimeter defender and can stretch the floor.
