Which never happens because every accusation is taken as truth and men are locked up without trial, definitely no cases where women are ignored by police or even told they "deserved" it because of what they were wearing or because they provoked their partner or anything

Really, it's the men who are the real victims here.

It’s situational, that’s why gathering the facts is crucial in deciding this. I guess Men can’t ever be the victim or lied on these days. You would think Johnny Depp’s case proved that this is more prevalent the we think. Some people are garbage whether they are male or female. Men who are victims fail to speak out or charge women because of this attitude displayed in your post. It’s a double standard. Terrible

And women who are victims fail to speak out because of the attitude displayed in your post where you hold men to the standard of innocent until proven guilty but women are guilty of lying until proven innocent

To even imply that it's remotely close in terms of scope is disgusting.

DOT, you're alright for being a mod.

Highest estimate says 5% of dv/sexual assault allegations are false

It's a bit difficult to judge, but best estimates are that 50% of dv/sexual assaults go unreported

Y'all keep ignoring this to be like "yeah but women lie though"

Not very "gathering the facts" of you to keep pretending women lying and women not reporting are even remotely close to happening at the same rate

This entire time, I've only been saying that women lying happens significantly less than women not reporting, which neither of y'all has even acknowledged and just keep regurgitating "yeah but women lie though" like I'm arguing they never do. Seems kinda bad faith for such rational, intelligent people, but alas.

Let’s not talk about the 2022 draft. :nonono:

Andy Larsen said he's had people in the organization tell him that they're definitely not trading Donovan, and then he's had others tell him that they're going to trade him because Danny Ainge isn't that enamored with him and what he brings, and wants to build his own team from scratch.

The advanced stats say that unreported DV is a much higher percentage than false allegations...for the stat nerds.

Oh...and that includes the unreported by men...which is a thing...a sizable thing.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

Yes your sarcastic post minimizing Men who are wronged or treated unjustly in the legal system. Like we are wrong for saying that based on past experiences? Because women lying happens significantly less than Women not reporting. So Men can’t talk about these things because women experience case A,B or C?

do they smell the knicks desperation from utah?

I think they will bank on the outrage that Mitchell is a local kid and this team is desperately needing a star (even if Mitchell isn't that top tier star).

Considering that, if I'm being charitable, you never understood my position to begin with, thanks

If not, you still haven't acknowledged my point about false allegations being significantly less frequent than non-reports. I guess you must have missed that part. So, one more time, just to be clear:

False allegations are significantly less frequent than women not reporting dv and sexual assault. I can keep saying it if you want, but you're still not even acknowledging my position.

Yes, I've seen that before. Might be true. Probably is. Doesn't make your automatically accepting the guy is in the wrong. Again, I support Mychelle. But I think u would have condemned Dante! I'm for truth, not BS rallying to one side or another for political points (and sorry, Knox, I rather like Prof Richard Wolf).

I've laid out my point for both of you several times

The fact that both of you are more concerned about women lying than women not reporting incidents speaks volumes, and the fact that you can both barely acknowledge the data regarding false allegations vs unreported assaults says even more

Clearly you both have some issues with women you need to work out. I hope you're able to do so in a healthy manner.
