That video has me excited to see this dude play. I only watched like 7-8 minutes but, damn. He's getting to the rim at will. Creating his own shot will not be a problem for this guy. He is already the best player we have. Hope he can create for others like this.

He's not the biggest guy

so you notice how he sets people up to make the angles he needs to get his shot and drive off. Truly he is always thinking 2 steps ahead because he's gotta counter the counter. he's really adept at all the little tricks of misdirection and space creation because he isn't going to beat anyone with just speed or size.

Yes. He's the Herky Jerky man. Good handles as well. Once he gets that quick step on you...it's over. He can shoot/score from everywhere. I need to see him setting up others now. Also want to see him play defense.

looks like jalen brunson didn't get his father's nba body so he worked his ass off and developed elite fundamentals and a bag of tricks. you love to see it

JB should have a pivot foot clinic in training camp for all the Knicks guards and even the forwards. Randle, RJ, IQ, Obi, Cam, Grimes...all of them can learn from his one foot philosophy.

I counted about a dozen times he was whirling around jabbing on one foot to then hit a one legged Dirk fade away jumper over a 7 footer....I kept replaying so many of the plays trying to see how he got off the shot with a defender or two in his face.

Plus he has that quick twitch release that hits shots at the end of the clock which is so important to have, the Knicks don't have anyone like that until him.

Well, all the Knicks offseason moves sucked so Brunson sucks and team is still on the treadmill so who cares, right?
