Am I crazy? In my head most 2nd year guys play regardless of how much better they are. I'm not surprised to Cade out there - are we not expecting Scottie to play?

2nd year players who already played extended NBA minutes as rookies pretty rarely play. Both Scottie and Cade are already nba starters. They have no reason to play Summer league
