Paolo is dope. Hard to see him not being a perennial allstar in a couple years.

More importantly he’s clamping Keegan and showing a side of defense everyone swore he was incapable of.

Paolo isn't really a rim protector that Cher is like, but one-on-one? He's good enough.

with Paolo and Wagner clearly a big part of the Magic future at the forward positions, how does Jonathan Isaac fit into the picture once he is back healthy?

Really tantalizing question.

Orlando is notorious for bringing players back extremely slowly so I fully expect Isaac coming off the bench and playing limited minutes all season.

Ultimately, I don’t think Isaac would mind coming off the bench if it was for the better of the team. He could still play starter minutes and wreck havoc off the bench.

Well... our backup F is only Okeke aside from JI.. and with JI being reportedly 7ft and 240lbs, if he is better than WCJ then we slot him there.

Besides, knowing how we operate and how we play guys back, you can bet JI will have a 15mins playing minutes restriction the first 20 games. Might ramp it up to 25mins near AS break.

We have no rush, let him prove it out he belongs back.

Just caught the the last few minutes of the half and missed Orlando's 1st game. Any reason for Paolo's 0 rebounds in 15 minutes?

He doesn't find a body to box out, he doesn't hunt rebounds, and he doesn't fight his teammates for them either. He will need to improve on the first two issues.

We've been asking ourselves that question since the 1st game. The nearest explanation we got is he guards from the perimeter Jabari and now Keegan so he doesn't really try to grab boards.

Well.. seeing as how we have Cole Anthony who is infected with Westbrookitis aka fighting to get the boards even from his own bigmen, then we aren't worried too much about that yet.

Our concern right now is that he looks like he ran the Boston Marathon and we are still in the 2dn quarter.

Oh we know. Kinda like Pat Ewing. We don't care about him dropping 8lbs a game, but it seems that he is easily gassed. Unlike Ewing who doesn't really look that exhausted.

Literally a man-child.

Looks fake from a TV standpoint, I can only imagine in real life.

Like being overweight AND only 6'5.5 barefoot? Where's the blueprint for a player like him in this league?

Teams don't draft fat 6'5 power forwards.
