He's trying to get another Gobert type deal out of the Knicks. We'll see how dumb they are. Minny was stupid for that one.

Looks like KD is our best bet

I’ll trust Shams on this one. Mitchell to the Knicks always made sense. He’s from NY and his dad works for the Mets. Knicks also have 8 picks to trade and young talent to attach.

"Miami has also expressed interest in Mitchell but has only two first-rounders able to be traded and a potential centerpiece in Tyler Herro who is extension-eligible. Because of this, the Heat would likely have to engage a third team in a trade in order to supply the Jazz with a draft compensation needed for them to feel motivated enough to trade Mitchell."

That’s pretty damn solid. A lot of scorers to stop in the playoffs but that defense should be bad

Exactly just like I got from my guy that although Herro is liked more than RJB we are behind on the picks which is a point of emphasis for Utah. Even if we add the third FRP we can pick up offloading Lowry were still behind their asking price.

And expiring contracts so Detroit could open max space. It was a win-win on both sides. An elite shooter in Max for a protected end of the round 1st is definitely doable.
