I think its kinda close

If the jazz were willing to swap out Cam for Obi/IQ I think the deal is done.

Cam/Grimes/Mcbride (salar filler) + 6 1st rounders I think is the middle ground.

Wandle is partly up to Thibs tho, don't you think?

If accountability is going to happen with this club, its going to start with Randle this year

the only reason it could be is Ainge is a certified nut job...he is known to only do deals that he destroys the other team in.

I would give them Grimes, IQ, McBride + the picks if I can hold onto Obi.

Figure they're more open to trading Obi if keeping Randle though.

At this point, Cam’s extension might still be rookie scale lol

this is as far as i can go. you can have all the picks and ONE young guy who ain't RJ or obi. RJ doesn't make financial sense for utah (sorry, DaGawd). gotta keep obi. you pick ONE from the rest -- especially if you're talking grimes. i might let you slide with quickley and deuce. MAYBE. take the picks and cap or leave it.

I’d fight Danny Ainge just for even asking for that if I were Leon.

Do they force Randle to change his game? How would they rank the usage of the starting 5?

1. Spida?
2. Brunson
3. Randle
4. RJ?

That would destroy RJ's development.

Brunson is just the stable PG we lacked. No way is he above RJ or Randle.

Donovan
RJ (if he keeps developing as we hope)
Randle
Brunson

But what does that turn Brunson into? He's hardly signed on to carry the ball up to half way hand it off and let the others get theirs.

I don't even consider mcbride a must keep. Grimes and McBride can go.

But not Grimes + IQ.

Again if Ainge walks away from something like Grimes/McBride/Cam + 6 1st rounders and risks Donovan and his agent getting disgruntled and **** up his tank then Ainge can go f*ck himself.

I assume most of those 6 1st rounders are our own unprotected picks too.

I don't think it was all that close, it smells like BS leak trying to gain some advantage.

The only thing that would make sense and I'll consider credible is if they had it to that package you mentioned and the Knicks didn't want to include Grimes hoping to get the picks down to 5 and/or eliminate any swaps that might be floated with him in it.

I do not see Rose caving so bad but I can see Dolan stepping in and forcing him to get it done the way he did with Melo.

If it goes down it will be interesting to see who is this trade's Landry Fields and who is this trade's Mozgov?
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

6 picks, plus our young guys? I can see the **** storm a mile a way. There's being savvy and being a **** bag. Danny is a **** bag.
