Very high, It is expected from our Heat execs (its why they are so entrenched on the idea of getting Durant without making any other moves), so far all the info coming back is he wants out and bad and his desire is coming here. His agent was doing most of the leg work making them know how bad he wants out. However this will be an opportunity for him to speak his mind directly, ownership really wants to understand his reasoning, they do want to fix the situation. Its up to Durant to push this as a situation that cannot be remedied. This is the last straw of hope from the ownership team to convince him to play out one more year and see what they can do and then trade him the year after if he still feels the same way. Also because of Durant being so adament about the teams he is requesting, every other market is only low balling the offers which means very little competition of offers.

Heres another tidbit of info, theres a loan against the team during the purchase of the team the loan agreement has a value scale that is adjusted based on revenue, this apparrantly went really close to negative last year due to all the hoopla with Kirie, so the re payment margins have only increased and the tickets sales had to be increased to match the loss creating some market loss even with the revenue of games sold. Somewhere around 15M losses projected. If Durant enters this season while sitting on the bench this could double or tripple, and the cascading affect on the repayment of the loan for the next couple of years will continue to increase. Im not a banker finance guy so i dont know how to explain it correctly. Regurgitsting what I understood ultimately What I mean about this is Miami knows this and knows Durant saying he will sit or cause rift is a stronger message than perseeved.

We need a blood sacrifice for KD at this point. Who's willing to volunteer?

Do we need a volunteer or can we take a group vote on who to sacrifice

2006 NBA Finals Wade was a spectacle to behold. It's like he went into Ultra Instinct mode (reference from Dragon Ball Z) in this series alone.

Still remember an interview while he was getting treatment and massage i our locker room, Heat down 2 games and getting ready for the third game here in Miami, he said we are diwn two games, now we are back in Miami, lets see what happens.
The rest is history Dallas did not win another game in the series. I still have the official DVD from that championship.

Man down like 13 in the 4th of game 3 staring 3-0 in the face...

Wade "Im not going out like this"
Riley "give him the ball and get the **** out the way"

Wade averaged like 40 a game rest of the series...still sends tingles up my spine to think about lol...just looked it up he went for 42, 36, 43, 36 in the 4 straight wins. Only once did either team even reach 100 points gm 5 101-100 Heat. It was total domination by Wade.

Dallas newspapers were posting the parade route lmao!

People just remember old man Wade, they don't remember Prime. There was literally no one who could stop him.

If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Nets fan here. I will be blunt, nothing you have to offer will net you KD. It would take a package of Bam/Herro and a lot of picks to even move the conversation. You guys aren't stupid enough to even entertain that.

However, Kyrie can be had for Lowry/Herro + top 3 protected first. That deal I would do in a heartbeat

Anyone have any further info on Jovic supposedly having gone rogue to play in eurobasket? I have no source beyond somebody in the BR community saying he played and that the Heat had told him he couldn't. Does anybody have a source or an article I could go read to get further info on this?

Is Kyrie coming with an extension? If so we’d probably entertain Lowry and 2 protected 1sts. There’s no need to outbid ourselves

Damn, Hart would be a steal. Maybe we can reroute Duncan if we gut the team and bring him in. Averaged a very efficient 20-6-4 for the blazers last year after being traded :o

Looks like he’s ready for an increased scoring role and he’s a Heat type of guy. Plays a lot bigger than he is.

Nice of you to make such a fantastic offer.

You're crazy if you think a 34 year old post achilles surgery player who misses 20+ games per season is worth that. Miami isn't stupid enough to entertain that because that isn't his value. Nets are valuing him way too high based on his name value. He is worth a lot, but he certainly isn't worth both Herro and Bam, and a lot of picks. The league as a whole does not value him even remotely as high as the Nets are or the deal would have been done already.

Of course you would make that Kyrie trade. Kyrie is a negative assett at this point. He's too much of a wildcard around the league. You're nuts if you think you won't get bent over a table on a Kyrie trade. Only a team that wants the expiring contract would be really interested. Brooklyn might have to throw in a pick to move Kyrie at this point. Lowry and a contract filler for Kyrie is reasonable. Lowry, Herro, and 3 picks is insane.

Both the Jazz and Nets are way overvaluing and only Minnesota has been stupid enough to bite on it. Nothing will change until both The Jazz and Nets, respectively, come back to earth.
