My attitude is if he's found innocent that's the end of it. If he's found guilty he does the time and that's the end of it. If he goes to prison for 4-6-12 years I'm not going to want to pile on after he gets out. That's just me.

I made no chastisement literal or otherwise. I was just asking the question. Is taking away a persons best means of making a living a good solution to people who do bad things.
