Game 6: Utah Jazz (4-1) @ Denver Nuggets (3-2)
When we first played the Nuggets I thought a matchup between them usually has playoff seeding implications for the Jazz but that it really didn't matter for this season. Right now, I'm not so sure anymore.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

I think we'll get a loss here.. We are playing worse those last games... Nuggets aren't consistent either, but I don't see a win here.

Several players out, so first time with less than a full compliment of players, although Azubuki may be available. After the beat down they gave them to open the season and all of the subsequent negative publicity the Nug's have gotten because of it, this will be a tough game to even stay in, much less get a win. Not to mention, they have not been playing well the last 2 games.

I feel a blowout is coming the Jazz way tonight. They could lose these next 3 games coming up with the tough competition they are now facing.

The Jazz are on pace for... oh I'd say a 57 win season. Just like the Nuggets after moving Carmelo to New York.

I’m becoming increasingly convinced that as Clarkson goes, the Jazz go.

I think, if we are trying to win, you can go so small.
Vanderbilt is not a C, Olynyk and Markkanen either. Jokic ate them alive... but the problem is from the bench without Kessler Hardy was doing some units completely bad in rebounding and containing Jokic.
More or less I assumed we were to lose by the 2nd quarter so... you have to put Udoka (I know, out of shape) or that guy Micah Potter.. simply to try if the could play vs Jokic in other game or another big Center.
Same with PG-SG situation. When you play Vando, Markkanen and Olynyk at same time, it's not a big problem to play with Clarkson and Conley, but in day like today when they were on the bench, and there's no Kessler, Sexton, Agbaji, Beasley... all those guys are tiny and can't rebound.
I like more what I watch with Bolmaro. At least he is a better body to play vs taller guys. Nuggets are plenty of big bodies in every position.
Yesterday we can't rebound and they were sinking almost every 3.

Clarkson couldn't hit anything. At least we got to see a bit of Agbaji, Bomaro, Doke, NAW and Potter. Agbaji didn't look bad and I wonder if we'll get to see him a bit more. Bolmaro really need to find some aggression but he looked like he competed on defense. NAW was pretty good in the limited time he got.
Can't complain about this one. On to the next.

Didn't see the game, but heard some of Q4 on local radio. Locke said NAW was playing pretty well, and the stats bear that out: 7 pts on 5 fga with 4 ast, 1 stl, 0 tovs and +9 in 8 mins of play. I know he was the worst shooter in the pre-season, hitting only one field goal, but his passing and defense is better than Sexton's. I wouldn't give up on him yet. Sexton is only averaging 3.2 ast/36 mins so far.
