Game 7: Utah Jazz (4-2) vs Memphis Grizzlies (4-1)
The Grizzlies are good and we're on a second game of a back-to-back. Last time that happened we lost to the Rockets so this may be an understandable L.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

The Jazz are playing some good teams coming up. They really could lose 4 out of the next 5.
I do have a hard time seeing a win tonight.

Even with the expected loss tonight, the surprising start to this season will still have them above 500, not something I thought would ever happen this season. Last game was a revenge game by the Nuggets and still the team played hard and I enjoyed watching some of the end of bench guys get some run. Maybe tonight will catch Memphis not ready, but the secret is out about how hard this team plays.

I think we´ll be 1-1 vs Grizz.
Not sure what the one we will win.
1st can we surprise them, 2nd we could study them more...
Is Kessler out?

I'm not bad at all in predictions lol,
Hardy is trying things with rotation, cutting some THT minutes (I think is fine) and giving NAW (good job yesterday) and Agbaji (a few airballs) .
Maybe Bojan is a great scorer and so, but I think Olynyk is by far more valuable in this current roster. They guy does everything. He is not elite in nothing (his 3pt is not sustanaible) but he is pretty good in everything. He defend well, he pass well, he has intangibles, he shoots well... he is really valuable for this team who hasn't got Gobert anymore and give more looks to the others.
And Markannen... the guys leave the game to come to him. He is not forcing anything, but if the team look for him, he is ready.
Maybe Hardy should call more games for him... but in the other hand, if we aren't focus our offense in him, he is more difficult to defend, because you don't know when he is gonna finish.
Props to this team. And props to the crowd. It was a great atmosphere and people it's attending to the arena as it's were Malone-Stockton teams, altough we still don't know if we are going to be a lottery team or a playoff team.
This is loyalty. Proud of jazz fans.

Coach Hardy had high praise for NAW at the 1 minute mark and 6:02 mark in the post game interview, saying he played good defense on Desmond Bane and that he made the right plays on offense.

It's still an open question whether NAW can produce a respectable shooting percentage over the course of a long season, but he is off to a good start this regular season, 46.7%/37.5%, and his defense and passing has been solid.

Nets are tanking for us. (I'm not sure if is their 1st of Philly 1st... but 76ers are doing worse than us too)

Basically the order goes Houston-Brooklyn-Philly (ours).

The Bulls let themselves down, every season. They thought they were better off without Lauri.
MrSparkle wrote:I don't see a scenario here or there where Lauri becomes the "7-pick we thought he could be." If you remove his 3P ability, he's worse than Felicio by a mile.

I like the quote- it makes me chuckle. And it was/is pretty much true.
