RS 22/23 - Mavs @ Raptors (Sat, 5PM EST)

The Raptors may be missing their top three players. So expect the L here.

In all seriousness, looking at the schedule, ideally they can take advantage and cruise to a win before meeting the Bucks Sunday.

No Barnes, Porter Jr, and Siakam.

FVV is questionable but practice.

I continue to think that the Luka-Green-DFS-Wood-Maxi starting5 could works very well.

And SD from the bench is where he played best games of his life.

Mavs with 9 assists already in the 1st Q. That's mostly the result of Raptors doubling Luka so the ball kept moving. I wonder why Raptors always do this. Nurse is too dumb to figure out that Luka is the only guy who can do anything if you don't double him. But as soon as you do that, it's easy 4v5 and you're basically doing Mavs a favour.

McGee is seriously a joke on defense. Falls for every single shot fake.

Even with all his warts you gotta play Wood more. This is ridiculous.

What was the reason that Kidd even subbed him in? Maxi played great defense, it wen't downhill once McGee entered lol.

Anyway, the only reason why this game is close because Raptors are dumb enough to double Luka, so many open looks for rest of the team.

McGee somehow playing only 2 less minutes then Wood is just dumb. Dude might not even be an NBA player at this point.

Shoutout to Maxi though. He's playing very well and surprisingly diversifying his offense this game.

Won't complain too much because the starters did better than the bench, but it's weird that Kidd talked about making changes and then nothing happened.

The Mavs still don't look good after those first minutes of the 1st quarter.

Outside the fact they are currently down why would I be angry?

You don't like fans with negative comments. ;) Being down is not problematic, how they look is.

Tell me, what positive can we say today?

For the season the only positive things are Luka being in great form from the beginning, you can thank Slovenian NT for that, and Josh showing some signs of life. That's it.
