Drive riiiiiiight through four Spurs and nobody thought to cover the big on the left... fundamentals. We don't need four Spurs on a driving guard Jesus...

True. You know what, though? Collins has that **** you to him and they're throwing elbows already. Finally somebody is irritated at being muscled and shows some push back.

Really enjoying Malaki the Patient with the ball and making good penetration-pass decisions for a couple of dunks already by the recipients.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Keldon high fiving Romeo and going over to talk Bassey up after his board work to earn a foul.

This is SO important for our young guys, and for Keldon as leader growth, too.

Would like to see more of a 2 man game with Johnson and Vassell when they are on the court together. I still get the impression that they both play with separate agendas. It would certainly help both of them be more consistent.

Hmm I read that as being a bit to unselfish and wanting to not get inthe other guy's way so they take turns. Agree that they should work on their own two-man synergy as well as with others. Pop has taken to staggering their minutes, too, so there's only so many possessions to go around.

2ND Q: SPURS 52 PELICANS 49

Terrific signs of fire and competitivenenss and **** you-ness. LOVE IT.

Another Q, another end of Q push for a run after fighting back from another double digit deficit for the lead.

LOVE how we keep pushing it in transition and just finding the open lanes, not worrying about getting contested but pushing through defenses with physicality and adjustments with higher off the glass layins. Especially important change since we're struggling from the arc.

I'm going to need Malaki to stop shooting the 3 until his horrendous form improves. BUT that he finding other ways to contribute which is key, and lookgin to facilitate for bigs is a nice addition.

Much better defensive effort as well. Not always doing the right thing, but we're not giving up and jsut standing there. Much better fight on the boards. We're ahead 31-26 and 8-5 on O boards.

Appreciate BB's quick timeouts when we **** up defensively early in the Qs. Stays on us, teaching on the sidelines during stoppage of play.

We're only 6-9FTs to their 14-15FTs which seems disproportionate; doesn't pass the eye test in terms of comparable whistles. You can't get bowled over by a guy and get called for the foul.

We're not scoring easily but we're finding ways to do it and so everyone who has played so far has scored. And all the while we're generating energy from our D and board work and pushing it in transition.

Keep the momentum rolling!
