Jimmy slows us up and takes away possessions. He needs to play with more place. We're not an efficient offense and we don't have much consistent shooters.

Yup. Teams that lack talent the way we do need to play with pace.

Jimmy, Herro, and in recent cases Bam can get theirs when they want. Playing with pace really helps the OTHERS though, and we rely on them a lot to win, whether we disagree that we should be in the position where we have to or not.
