It was very important that Fred played almost 42 minutes when he sucked. That’s coaching.

Not worried you lose the tone setting quarter by damn near 30 points? At no point did the Nets even take this team serious. CLAXTON sees the team as soft food forget anyone else haha

He’s being sarcastic lol

This board will over analyze this game. Nets were incredibly hot to begin the game and we started slow. But they were like 7/7 from 3 to start weren’t they?

Feels like teams being hot and us not generating offense is a trend. It's almost like the team is just kind of bad.

Just gonna post the same thing I did in the Pels post game thread: "Feels like we've seen this game script too often this season: the team takes an entire quarter or two off defensively, and the offence (even at full strength) isn't good enough to keep pace playing that way."

Only explanation for playing this washed up bum 42 minutes.

We got back in this game because Nets took their foot off the gas and got bored of us.

There are a lot of positives. Durant locked down again.
In the 3rd we had chance to come all the way back. On to Orlando

What’s worse is Banton was playing well before getting hurt and hasn’t seen the floor since returning.

What's going on with FVV and Barnes right now? Selfish garbage basketball from both.

Fred could be doing Masai a huge favour with his poor play. We can't be giving a player like FVV $30MM+ per year - just too many flaws in his game. He's worthy of $20MM+ starter money, but $30MM+ would be a cap killer.

This team needs a creator at PG to move FVV off ball. And we need a centre. Even with a rookie centre in Koloko out there we look a lot better.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Our 3 "outside shooters" were 3 for 15 from 3.

Need to develop FVV at the cost of the youngins.
