Same old bull.

Why is everyone acting like this isn't the typical performance?

All points raised have been repeated to exhaustion.

But that's exactly what we're doing, paying him to miss 20+ games a year, frankly this year could be his worse yet on missed games. Our hope is he turns to GOD mode in the playoffs if we get there.

Butler is out Kawhi light. Thats ok if you have a loaded team like the Raps a few years ago. When you are relying on G-league players we have problems. Does anyone have the stats comparing AD and Butler with the games missed the past few years?

Season ended with the team very clearly being 1 piece away. We had the assets to get at least 2. We sat on our hands waiting on an answer on KD who we had nowhere near the assets the nets wanted.

Jimmy really only has like 20 more games played than AD (Always Doubtful” over the last 4 seasons. That’s wild

No Jimmy Lowry or Caleb and Bam and Herro still went below their season averages for shot attempts for the game even after jacking up a few in garbage time

Which assets? 3 first round picks and expiring Herro who was looking to get paid? Other teams could easily beat that deal at the time. I doubt we were ever actually in the Brooklyn for KD or Utah for Mitchell deals

Could’ve easily beat those deals for which players that were moved? I’m not talking about getting KD, I’m saying we wasted our time trying to get KD when we should’ve been focused on moving picks for high level role players to fill out this roster and win a championship.

With a team as trash as ours tonight we needed Tyler to go for 50. Didn't happen. Next.

Can’t get 50 if you don’t get shots

Dudes it's so frustrating. We traded for Lowry which seemed to be an all in win now move but now we don't make moves for other vets. We drafted Jovic and won't play him. We give HASLEM more minutes than him. We have undrafted guys who aren't scorers or role playing guys like Dedmon taking as much shots as our stars sometimes. SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ARE WE DOING. If we were rebuilding or playing for the future the losses wouldn't be or feel so frustrating. When you've consistently made deep playoff runs and have vets on the team with a winning expectation then it becomes frustrating like it is now. We're not even a treadmill team this season. You literally said it best. We have no identity or direction.

What happens then when a star player becomes available and we’re left with no picks because we traded them all for role players. You need stars to win championships in this league

We have 2 stars and potentially a 3rd depending on how Herros scoring, passing, and consistency trend. I’m all for getting a star but there were and still are some very high level role players available that would be a massive upgrade to a team that was 1 shot away from the finals last year. This team wasn’t a star player at minimum away from a championship, we were 1 consistent contributor away.

Simply put im not going to be upset we missed out on Zach Lavine because we decided to go all in already and trade our assets for Bojan, Turner, Bey, and Dragic. That would be a massive win now move using our 3 1sts and Jovic I could get behind. That would show me this FO is doing everything it can to win before Jimmy declines.
