Yet he’s won multiple games for the team so it evens out some bad games, however, Schroeder was burning everyone including Bam and Butler at times.

Management needs to be shaken up after this season. I get loyalty and blah blah blah, but people are too comfortable with things as is. Spo has needed someone to challenge him on ideas since Fizdale left, but Spo has his culture of don’t ask questions and be rewarded. We’re on 10 years now since the Heat have won a championship and the team is not close to another one.

We've never been good enough to win a chip. The talent wasn't there. For the most this team overperformed talent level. This season they are underperforming. It's not big 3 era where its chips or bust. You need a top 3 MVP level player and another top 15 player to be that type of team.
But this season it just hasn't worked

Why have Herro a 6’6 guard that lacks lateral quickness due to his size vs smaller guards, guard Schroeder is a pure result of Spo defensive scheme that its at
fault here really. But not even Butler nor Bam stopped Schroeder at times, so again the defensive scheme is a question mark.

We have 3 more wins than the Lakers…. We have issues with the team as currently constructed. The last minute of play by our team made me laugh, that’s how inept we were. Honestly we need some serious changes to the team.

The Heat is an org that loves the smell of its own farts. They think they are always playing 4D chess with the rest of the league. This is an example of when a good organization is too arrogant to make changes. It's the only good franchise we have in Miami so everyone gives them a pass including the media.

Every move is just a swing for a star who doesn't come here because we have limited talent. So we have to settle for hidden gems who we then overpay. Then we're always in a state of trying to trade out of those same bad contracts.

We were fortunate nail the big 3, but this strategy has failed for over a decade now.

It’s on overall management to figure things like signing the right players out. It’s not all on Spo, even though he too is a part of management. The Heat have had many missteps since signing the big 3. But things have to change and there is no sign that they are. When was the last time the Heat had any shakeup in management?
