I love Tre. LOVE him. All heart and effort and improvement. But he's not a long term starting solution for us. Just gets switched on too often and try as he might you can't teach height.

There was a stat covering the height of PGs through various eras, and now the average PG is in the 6'4" - 6'5" range. If you can get someone taller, great, but in the era of multi-position functionality, that's why you get point-forward types now more, too.

Keldon switched his shoes. He has a bright pink pair on and now has a pure white pair on.

We keep getting stripped and poked. Have to be more aware of the hands from behind.

Really nice recognition to pass inside to Jakob who had a mismatch and took a quick turnaround J and made it.

Me, too. I was excited to see what he could bring and he played more earlier in the season while Sochan was very green.

The thing with Roby is that he get so few minutes than when he does play he tends to overcook it to try and stand out.

He over dribbles, the ball stick with him, he shoots too early, etc.

If he sticks to the fundamentals and plays the way he did against us when with OKC we could have something lol

It seems like someone is always working with Sochan(probably just media playing favorites). I never see or hear of anyone working with Roby. Maybe we need to ask Timmy to have him for a weekend sleepover?

This is something that makes me wonder about playing time.

We don't know what is going on in practice, off court, etc.

There's really not a lot of practice time during the season, but in the times we have them, what are the coaches seeing or not seeing?

Sometimes it's about being ready. Sometimes it's about how you get ready.

But yeah I'd love it if we could have Timmy working with some guys still.

I think he still has an office in the practice facility...

Nice move by Collins. Patient. Looks around, back pivot for the open shot off glass.

Keldon ANOTHER nice dribble. Kept it low, crossed over, and drove. Got the foul. Well done.

Tre did everything right on D on that possession. Doubled down low in the left corner then across to top right to contest the 3 they made.

The thinking is if he were a taller player with the same hustle he'd have been there in enough time right when the pass got there.

He seems to have a lot of potential but he doesn't look to be getting any better than when he was drafted. Could be lack of effort on his part or our part I guess. Im guessing its a little of both.

2ND Q: SPURS 57 CLIPPERS 78

When you shoot 65.9%FG and 47.4% from 3 and are down 21, once again O is not the problem.

We allowed two opponents to combine for 40 points. We tried doubling and did it quickly and well but didn't rotate to the final shooter at the arc fast enough to contest. We also got switched on for mismatches against us that led to easy points.

Five of our 6TOs came on their steals - just careless back passes with passers not really looking at their targets, or one handed ones that got picked off. We've given up 14 points off our TOs already.

Combine that with five more 3s made because of which we are -15 at the arc and there's a lot of self-inflicted points given up.

I did like out D to O transition scoring, the extra passes for movement-based points (we have 13 assists) and our rebounding is solid: 19-18, 6-3 on O in our favour.

We have taken one three more than has been made against us, so finding ways to take and make more 3s is important.

Being more physical on both ends will serve us well, too. We're the more fatigues team having played yesterday, so getting more points from the FT line should be a target, too.

Everyone who played has scored. That end is not the issues regardless who is available to play for us.

We have to keep communicating, make sure we have right coverages and switches, and think D-out in each play. Commit to it. Everything else is secondary.

The whole vibe of everything associated there is so try-hard lame. Nothing encapsulates it like lip-syncing and pretending to play instruments.

Two points in the first quarter of the 3RD Q seems suboptimal.
